Estas cuestiones serán abordadas como impactos causados por el modelo neoliberal no sólo en Chile sino en todo el mundo.Juntos debatiremos y lucharemos para que el respeto y la garantía de los derechos humanos se asuman como la columna vertebral del nuevo texto constitucional, atendido el carácter vinculante que tiene la suscripción de los tratados internacionales de derechos humanos para todos los Estados que suscriben y ratifican dichos instrumentos*** EN ***In this Forum Debate we intend to share the importance of the ongoing constituent process for Chile and Europe, in which the Chilean people intend to overcome the current neoliberal model.Issues such social inequality, destruction of natural resources and denial of the most essential human rights, such as the right to health, education, social security, decent work, among others, will be debated. These issues will be addressed as impacts caused by the neoliberal model not only in Chile but worldwide.Together we will debate and fight for the respect and guarantee of human rights to be assumed as the backbone of the new constitutional text, given the binding nature that the signing of international human rights treaties has for all States that sign and ratify such instruments.*** FR ***Dans ce Forum de débat, nous avons l’intention de partager l’importance pour le Chili et l’Europe du processus constituant en cours, dans lequel le peuple chilien entend surmonter le modèle néolibéral actuel.Des questions telles que l’inégalité sociale, la destruction des ressources naturelles et la négation des droits humaines les plus essentiels, tels que le droit à la santé, à l’éducation, à la sécurité sociale, au travail décent, entre autres, seront débattues. Ces questions seront abordées en tant qu’impacts causés par le modèle néolibéral non seulement au Chili mais dans le monde entier.Ensemble, nous débattrons et lutterons pour que le respect et la garantie des droits humaines soient assumés comme la colonne vertébrale du nouveau texte constitutionnel, étant donné la nature contraignante que la signature des traités internationaux des droits humaines a pour tous les États qui signent et ratifient ces instruments.
