Tesla is one of the most famous innovative companies that have heard by far every Lithuanian.

The company became famous for the production of, compared to long distances, electric cars. And two years ago, in February 2018, the CEO of Tesla Motors, Elonas Musk, had already escorated his "Teslą" with another company, which was extracted by a pilot missile. She, with Elono Musk Tesla, is still in the space Expantion, and the company continues to demonstrate his innovation, creativity and courage by conducting tests of other, reusable missiles. E. Musk himself does not hide that in his plans, Mars accommodation. Fact, but Tesla is not created in Lithuania. It was founded in 2003 by engineers Martin Eberhard and Marcas tarpenning in the United States. All our inventions and examples of success are united by qualities such as courage, innovation, creativity and the ability to realize our ideas and thoughts. Otherwise we can call it entrepreneurship. Despite the breathtaking, and sometimes unrealistically-look, global innovations and we in Lithuanians, we have to boast as much as possible. In the world we have long been famous for our lasers, we have introduced fishing sonars to the world a few years ago, we were surprised by the creation of a non-invasive head pressure gauge. Just a few months ago, we were started by the news of the first Lithuanian "unicorn", a Lithuanian company with a value of over one billion euros. All of our inventions and examples of success are united by qualities such as courage, innovation, creativity and the ability to realize our ideas and thoughts. Otherwise we can call it entrepreneurship. I work for youth entrepreneurship and I agree with many young people who have a lot of desire and ideas, but they do not know what to start and what to do to make their ideas come true. Finally, I notice that neither Kaunas nor the whole country have an appropriate approach to young people's entrepreneurial education. We have individual good examples, but they are completely palated before the overall entrepreneurial state of the youth of the country. The qualities needed to develop entrepreneurial education among young people need to be developed from the very beginning of the birth. Standardised and framed child education will not develop creativity, so in the first classes, children's creations and ideas must be maintained and promoted in the most abstract. The efforts of parents, however, and teachers to nurturing children's entrepreneurship are needed throughout the entire education process. Admittedly, Kaziuko fairs are held in almost all schools and, meanwhile, the fairs of innovation or inventions take place in just a few educational institutions. Kaziuko fairs are not too bad, but, agree, they are not a place where the pupils can fully reveal their entrepreneurial spirit. Events that help children to reveal their abilities are essential, as is entrepreneurship education itself, which should find its place in the curriculum and be broken down by all subjects – from physics to English. Entrepreneurship education requires the involvement of already employed, successful entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are involved in various associations, clubs, discussing development, innovation and sharing information, and it should be encouraged that these processes involve young people. Another proposal is the apprenticeship programme. Entrepreneurs could invite proactive, creative young people, and through live examples, practices, common behavior, teach them things that you will not learn at school or university, or even through practice, when a young person is usually doing The simplest works or boiling coffee. The great idea was to elect three ideas for Lithuania. Even more so, one of those ideas is that it is a prestigious teaching profession in Lithuania. Unfortunately, unfortunately... As long as the government is not able to do its promises to educators, we can forget about quality education. In general, until education does not become a priority, nothing new and innovative will happen. Some teachers in the country know about youth entrepreneurship so much that they need to be taught, so at least in the short, rather, to this power, the positive shift is not waiting. Of course, the people of Lithuania have historically been famous for their diligence and stubbornness, The government will not help, we do it, only for this you need to support the shoulders. I invite entrepreneurs to take a responsible look at the idea of caring for talented young townspeers. Help talent grow and be discovered. And the tendency for all of us is to do more ourselves and not wait for an extended arm of power.
