In Rijeka was held the Tribune health care on healthy legs organized by the city organization SDP Rijeka and the county organization SDP-Gorski Kotar County, on which the parliamentary representative Željko Jovanovic, europarlamental representative Romana Jerković And the President and members of the Croatian Health Council, Danko Velimir Vrdoljak and Joško Markić and Davor Katavić presented the SDP's measures to strengthen human resources in healthcare and announced the SDP's three-year plan for the financial resolution of the health system, More efficient network of health institutions and to reduce the waiting list for health services.

The panelists pointed to the importance of education for the preservation and improvement of health from preschool age and the need to increase investment in prevention and palliative care. They announced that the National Health care Programme of women will be adopted upon arrival to power, as well as a law guaranteeing women's right to choose, available, safe and free abortion and free contraception.
