On 2 May, at 6 pm, a plenary session of NT-Leiria took place, during which the electoral process was triggered with a view to the election of the NT-Leiria Local Coordination Group.

An Electoral Commission (CE) was created, consisting of Adriano Barrias, João Lourenço Monteiro and Luís da Silva.From today, May 5, nt-Leiria Members and Supporters who so understand can submit lists of candidates to the Local Coordination Group of NT-Leiria.As lists are composed of five (5) effective elements and a maximum of 5 alternate elements. All elements of the lists must belong to NT-Leiria. Competing lists must submit a Local Strategic Motion for their mandate. All lists must be submitted electronically to the EC, accompanied by the BI/CC of its elements, by 9 May. At the end of this period, and after the ec lists have been verified, an election campaign period follows. Twenty-four hours after the end of the election campaign period, the election will take place by secret ballot by the Members of nt-leiria. The voting method will be made explicit by the EC in due course, but requires presence on the official platform of the party: the FREE Point.
