The PSD is already preparing the start-up of the strategy for the Mayors of 2021, with the holding of a large National Meeting of Mayors, taking place in the next two or three months.
The announcement was made at a press conference by Vice President David Justino, noting that all elected by PSD lists, whether militant or independent, will be invited. The Social Democrats will "identify a set of themes that can serve as a springboard for the development of local programs." David Justino also announced that Joaquim Miranda Sarmento will be the new president of the National Strategic Council and that Tiago Moreira de Sá will be reappointed as chairman of the Committee on International Relations.
