Intervening in the closing session of the meeting of concelhias of the District Federation of Setúbal of the PS, held in digital format, José Luís Carneiro defended that there are "two fundamental vectors" in the conduct of the political process of the PS for the next municipal elections, scheduled for September or October this year."
