Inspection supervision should be delegated to the city of Zagreb, i.e. units of regional self-government, which determines the existence of conditions for the operation of all accommodation providers for elderly people suffering both private and family homes. The decision of the inspection control of the regional Self-government unit or county may be appealed to the Ministry responsible for social care. Supervision must be multidisciplinary. 2. Prescribe and tighten the criteria for the provision of services within the family home that will provide the elderly with professional and quality care. 3. The primary responsibility for the ineffective functioning of private homes and family fatherhouses are policyholders. 4. It has been warned about the material status of employees in social welfare, especially in relation to the wages of the workers and caregivers. Inadequate wages in the social welfare system lead to outgoing forces abroad for the care of older people in EU countries and significantly reduced the number of caregivers. 5. It is necessary to put pressure on the Government of the Republic of Croatia that the social welfare system is not still a "weak link" 6. The new Social Welfare Act, i.e. the necessary provisions to be incorporated require costs, so some changes are not accepted. 7. There is a constant need for the education of families, but also of the elderly and professionals. 8. Someone who is able to settle the cost of accommodation should not have the possibility of co-financed accommodation and thus occupy the place of the person who does not have sufficient income. 10. It is necessary to send a letter to the secretarypeople of the party and to report that despite the actuality of the topic of the roundtable, the necessity of a more adequate response of the system to the supervision of the service providers of the elderly, the interest of the media was the municipal or garbage collection. 20.
