From the first moment that the Novartis case arose, which the previous SYRIZA-ANEL Government tried to "instrumentalize" against political opponents and against the truth, we insisted on the need for an in-depth investigation by the independent Greek Judiciary.Today it was unanimously decided by the Council of Misdemeanors of Athens to acquit Andreas Loverdos of all charges, vindicating both the same one who asked from the beginning for the judicial investigation without parliamentary immunity and the Faction, for its unreservedly institutional stance.
