On the occasion of the International Child's Day, 20.

In November, when the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted in the United Nations, Banddić Milan 365 – The Party of Labor and solidarity donated to the Vukovar association "Plavi Kaputić" 75,000 kuna to support the project "House of Remembrance – Vukovar, piety, friendship and Life ". This donation is devoted to the tragic horrors of 402 children during the Homeland war and the countless children with war horrors in the Republic of Croatia in the war years of the 1990s. The donation was submitted by the Presidents of the association "Plavi Kaputić" Zeljko Mitrovic whose image of the sad, weeping face went round the world while as a six-year-old girl in a torn column of prisoners in her blue coat, she marched down to Vukovar on 19 March. November 1991 the donated money will be made to finance the purchase of a property for "House of Remembrance" in the village of Berak near Vukovar. This House will carry a story about Vukovar and innocent children suffering in the homeland war, and one of the main exhibits will be Zelka's blue coat in the rooms of the rooster, friendship and life. This project was initiated by the joint commitment of Zeljko Mitrovic and the president of the city organisation of Vukovar, 365 labour and solidarity parties Mirjane Semenić Rutko, in an effort to get the truth about our history and to strengthen the awareness and pride of what we are and What we create for a better today and a better future.
